Low Carb

  • This probably sounds silly but why do people refer to "Low Carb" plan when they are doing WW?

    I just count the points for whatever I eat.
  • It isn't LOW CARB that they are really calling it. It is LOWER CARB. Some people lose better with a higher protein/carb ratio and others do better with a higher carb/protein ration. It is how they are balance their day.
  • You are not on program if you just count your points and eat anything. WW had definite guidelines on how to spend those points. You need to eat a balanced, healthy diet.

    I really didn't mean that I eat anything. I just meant I don't track carbs or calories. I try to get an overall mix but I kept seeing "low carb" & thought maybe I was missing something.
