  • Hello...I am new here and really trying to figure out a diet plan that works for me. I am 29 years old just got married a month ago. I had success losing weight in my early 20's but am having trouble now. Also got back from my honeymoon and just don't know where to start now. I want to lose weight not only for my health but my husband and I want kids soonish and I need to lose weight before it's even an option.
  • Welcome to the forum. There is a ton of information on this site about many different eating plans. I would encourage you to take time reading through various forums to find one that you can stick with long term and will work with your lifestyle.
    I personally chose calorie counting. I keep my calories between 1400-1500 per day. It allows me to eat whatever I choose, for the most part, as long as I keep it within my range. Plus its free. I have not lost weight quickly but I feel like I have learned better eating habits that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
