Just joinned tonight

    It is official, I am now a member of TOPS.

    I was very happy with the support you received and the fact that you tell everyone how many pounds you lost or if you gainned is a huge incentive to stick to program.

    My first official weight in is 183.5 and I am looking for a loss my first week for sure.

    My goals for myself are to drink all my water
    Do cardio at least 5 days the week
    Strenght train 3 days this week
    Eat better meals
    And last but not least love myself enough to do this
