I'm new to this site, and kind of lost
But I'll try my best to keep up with you all.I started on Ideal Protein today; 08 August 2011. Stuck to the program 100% on Day 1. I am feeling tired and do have a headache....guess this is all normal and to be expected.
I'm not a "kitchen-friendly" person, so I do need all the help I can get. I can imagine that repeating the same foods over and over with no variations can get old real quick.
Looking forward to sharing my SUCCESS with all who are on my same journey.

Congratulations on your choice of diet. IP works great and this forum is such a help. I started in early June and have to tell you that all the threads on this forum are great. Check out all the recipe threads it will help you get a good variety of different foods. Good luck - after the first week it gets so much better.

My first weigh in is on Monday; I can't wait!
!! Anyway I had my first weigh in yesterday and I lost 9lbs, thats right I said 9lbs!!!! I am so excited I don't know what to do with myself! My coach warned me that next week will probably not be as big of a loss but thats ok with me just as long as it is a loss! Thanks to all on this board for all of the tips they really help out.
