  • We have 12 weeks until Halloween so I thought now would be a perfect time for a challenge! We can weigh in once a week if we can all agree on a day. I weigh in on Thursdays. If we want I can also make us a spreadsheet so we can keep track

    I want to lose 20 pounds by then so that's a little more than 1.5 pounds a week.

    If you don't know how to add yourself just let me know and i will add you! If anyone wants they can change it I don't know how to do much in it!

  • I'm in ... I'm participating in a few monthly challenges but nothing longer term, so this fits the bill! Really hoping it will help keep me motivated!!

    Right now I am weighing in on Fridays, but I can use Thursday's weigh-in numbers for this challenge.

    SW is 275 ... I'd like to be down 30 lbs by Halloween. Sooooooo ...

    GW is 245.

    Whew!! Will be working for this one, for certain!! If I can hit 250 by then, I'll be pleased.
  • If I lose 1.5 each week I should be able to make it to my goal of 125! I'm totally in (but I'm being realistic and not expecting to reach my goal... but I'm still going to shoot for it!!)

    I would like to be at 150 by the end of October.

    I have been averaging 2-3lbs a week on Ideal Protein so I think that I can do it! 26lbs...should be easy to get it off if I keep it up.

    Great idea I weigh in on Thursdays (with the exception of the third week in August AND for the foruth week in August when I am on a hiking trip)
