What do you use for your potassium/calcium and your calcium/magnesium? I just ran out of them and not sure what I should be buying. I left my IP clinic so I can't buy there anymore.

I take 1 potassium pill, 1 magnesium pill and 6 (3 doses) of calcium citrate daily. I take the added calcium because I'm 60.

DO you just buy the brand like from walmart?

I buy the store brands from wal-mart or safeway.
