I'm new.

  • Hiya!
    My name is Nic. I'm 25 and I am a calorie counter! I hope I am welcome to post here! I am a professional dieter. I have done everything under the sun. What works for me, is counting calories.
    My HW was 257. I am 5'1". I am currently 203. I do Zumba 1-3 days per week (depends on the hubby's schedule... I don't have a babysitter!), and the wii fit any other day. I work out 6 days per week total. I try to keep my calories between 1200-1300.
    I change my goal weight often. Honestly, I just want to be healthy & happy with myself. We'll see where that lands me!

  • Welcome to the board! It sounds like Zumba is your "thing"! I love Zumba, too...it is such a great workout. It's awesome that you get the chance to do it 1-3 times a week! Zumba isn't offered by me again until the end of August and then it's only 1x a week, so you are so lucky!! Good luck on your journey!

    Oh my gosh, I love Zumba!!! DH has such a hectic schedule and we need a babysitter but live far from friends and family, so, I can only go when he is home! But it is offered in my town 3x per week.
