    Walked slow, but at least I went out as sick as I've been - okay, so I must be a little nuts!!!
  • THURSDAY:

    Walked 3.5 miles-very slowly-still sick!

    Hey you all, I'm sick and still exercising, isn't anyone else logging their exercises this week but the sick one???
  • Monday: Jogged 1.5 min. Walked 3.5 min. for 50 min. total

    Wednesday: Jogged 1.5 min. Walked 3.5 min. for 45 min.

    Friday: Jogged 2 min. Walked 3 min. for 45 min.

    Sunday's Plan: Jog 2 min. walk 3 min. for 50 min.

    Had a great excercise week!!!
