  • Keeping daily track of exercise was really helpful for me last month - it kept me so motivated! Let's keep each other accountable in July!

    Can we make this a sticky?

    Goal: Work out at least 5 days a week!

    Week 1:
    7/1/11: 30min stationary bike (9mi) + 15min free weights
  • I'm game! Training for my 10k so need to keep on track!

    Goal: Workout 6 days a week.

    7/1 - Strength Training (Weights, Core, Abs)
  • Woot. I need this!

    Goal: Complete Level 2 & 3 of 30 Day Shred/Start jogging

    Week 1
    7/1--No outright exercise today. I have a major sunburn on my arms and it's hard to move. Ouch!
    7/2--30 minutes running on rebounder/dancing like a crazy maniac.
  • Goal: Work through Phase 1 of NROLW and be able to run 5K without walking

    7/1 - Spinning & NROLW 1A-3
  • Goal: I'm training for Warrior Dash and trying to get more into running!Make progress on C25K and 30 Day Shred.

    7/14- 60 Minutes ZUMBA!!
    7/15- Rest Day... Harry Potter!!
    7/16- 240 Minutes! Intense hiking trip! Whew!!
    7/17- Accidental Rest Day Baaad cramps!
    7/18- Rest again! (First TOM in a year! not handling well)
    7/19- 30 minutes at home zumba dvds, not intense, but interesting!
    7/20- Rest again! I'm so tired of being sick! Tommorrow it's Over! Getting my life back!
    7/21- 60 Minutes Zumba!
    7/22- 30 minutes treadmill!
    7/23- Rest Day!
    7/24- Waitressed all day but no set exercise!
    7/25- 60 minutes Running/Walking
