  • MONDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles, but boy, was it hard to do today. My legs felt like logs!!! Took me 55:10
  • TUESDAY
    Took me 57:57 to do my 4. 5 miles, was very windy and my legs still feel like logs!
  • WEDNESDAY
    Starting the new year off right. Took me 54:57 to do my 4.5 miles today, not good, but not as bad and yesterday. Still windy out there plus today, it's hot!
  • Drum roll please!!! Walked on my treadmill today. Great start to a New Year....
  • Thursday- Walked on my treadmill this morning.....

    Walked 2 miles and worked out 30 mintues on my home gym.
    Starting off the year with a bang.
  • I'm very pleased with myself! One of my 'sort of' New Year's resolutions was to resume my weight training and add some stretching to it. Easy enough to do and I can do it while watching The O'Reilly Factor. Couldn't take the dogs out walking last night due to rain, but maybe this weekend. I do have a treadmill, now all I have to do is use it! I'd still rather walk the dogs, plus there's a high school nearby and they have a great 1/4 mile track, plus some ball fields.
    I'd do well to remember what my husband always says: inch by inch it's a cinch, yard by yard it's hard.
