This time I am trying to lose it with out paying an arm and a leg. In the past I went through medical weight loss clinics, but this time I'm going to do it by myself. Hopefully this time it stays off for good.I've been limiting myself to 1200 calories a day and I've started working out with Tony Hawks Power 90. I have an athletic build, but I am extremely out of shape due to spinal surgery 2 years ago. So it's going to be a challenge for me to maintain motivation. I've also quit smoking 2 weeks ago. I'm confident I don't want to start again, but I'm positive my metabolism is suffering.
Enough about me though. I look forward to sharing this experience and getting to know all of you!
