Hello everyone from Saskatoon/Saskatchewan. Nice to see you all on this site. I started IP on March 23, 2010. I have 50 lbs to lose. My clinic is Daysha's Wellness Clinic on Central Avenue. My first WI I lost 4 lbs. I was ecstatic...took me a year once to lose 20lbs on Weight Watchers. I am really enjoying the protocol. I know that I am eating a lot healthier than before and am feeling great....Look forward to sharing and supporting all of you

Just popping in to say hi! Hope you all got a chance to enjoy the beautiful day we're having. Spring has been slowww in coming this year, but I don't mind. Just happy that when summer does finally get here, I'll be ready for it this time!!
