
This is when I've started having trouble in the past, at the 20 lb mark. I've never lost more than 25 lbs for some reason, ever. This time will be the time that I'm not going to start having trouble, and I will make it past 25 lbs and past the 250's. My goal for the next month, is to be in the low 240's by the start of May. I'm going to squash this weight!
