Hi everyone my name is marta and im 46 years old. i had a gastric bypass in 2004 i was 340 lb i lost 120 but now im 297 i feel like i fail. i just quit smoking 2 weeks ago now i would like to work on my weight.

Marta-check out our specific group for those who have had gastric bypass surgery. Just look until the forum for the bold title. I know that you can gain a lot of support there and all over this site. It is great, the people are great and now we will have one more great person.

You can totally do this! Try to remember how great it felt before and use that as motivation.
