This week I'm determined to see some real results. I've had too many obstacles in the last two weeks and I've been maintaining for the last two weigh ins. Steroids, and then some sadness, and both are cured by CARBS!

I need to try some new vegetable recipes this week, and find some nice lower starch vegetarian meals. Plus, I need to get regular exercise.
On the bright side, I had bloodwork done last week and my blood sugar went from 99 to 91, which made me happy, and my HDL went up, finally! My cholesterol is always good, but the HDL is always below normal. I'm finally in range!

For everyone having scale woes this week. Even when you know you're doing everything right (and sometimes, because you are), it can be frustrating when the scale doesn't cooperate. Stick to it and know that it is a work in progress and one week won't make or break you!
But that's ok. I am also calorie counting now since I wasn't seeing much progress. I never did the momentum program and think it might be a better set up for me. But for now I am going to the meetings (since I think that's the best part of WW) and calorie counting.
