Hello and help

  • Hello,
    I am new, never used a forum before for weight and thought I would try it. I lost 14 lb last autumn but put on 7 lb since then and am struggling. This morning I had one egg on one slice of toast for breakfast and am sitting here starving (well, that's what it feels like). I had a glass of water half an hour before breakfast at 6am and now at 7am I just want more to eat. I often rotate what I eat as I had been having porridge all the winter and now want a change. Cannot stomach fruit of any kind first thing. Waiting now until 9 am when I have my snack and hoping I do not bottle it before then. I drink a lot of water.
    Is there anyone who has some willpower to spare, please

    I am overawed at how great some of you are at weight loss
  • Well no wonder your starving bc you only had 1 egg with 1 slice toast! Just bc your dieting does not mean you have to starve! For example, this was my breakfast this morning:
    I made a onion&green pepper/turkey bacon, cheese scramble yummmmm

    1/4 eggbeaters - 30 cals
    3 low sodium turkey bacon slices- 75 cals
    1 cup green peppers&onions-40cals
    1 slice fat free cheese-30 cals
    2 tbs salsa-10 cals
    1 slice light whole wheat toast- 35 cals
    1 cup mixed berries - 70 cals
    ALL this only total = 290 cals! & i am super full!

    So you dont need to deprive yourself when your trying to lose weight! Thats what alot of people think and thats why so many fail.
    SO if your on a low 1500 cal diet you can spread out the calories like having 3 main meals at 300 cals & 3 snacks 100 cals each or however you want!

    I been eating like this and have lost 12lbs since March 7th!!
