Has anyone had to go back and do a week of Kick Start? I'm ready to do that at this point, i keep flopping back and forth 2 lbs. I'm wondering how strict and painful it is to do lol!!

I had to kick start myself in January but then I had fallen off the wagon for 6 months so I don't think that counts
