im a single mom of 2 boys 8 and 4... i am here tryin to learn a good way to lose the rest of this weight that i seem to have the hardest time losing im 150 now and would love to be down to 136...

Since you're relatively close to your goal, you might want to check out our Featherweights forum...there are challenges to starting with only a little to lose, so you might find lots of support for those challenges with others starting closer to goal weight.

Also, we have groups by age range, and by plan, as well as a ton of smaller groups and challenges. So look around, find a spot or many that feels right, and please jump into posting!
