Just thought I'd introduce myself. As my user name indicates, my goal is 130. The scale this morning is 156.6. I'm 5'5"
I'm 32yo female. I have a 5 yo, 3yo and 1yo. I'm beginning to wean the baby from breastfeeding and ready to take my body back!
I was always skinny mini growing up. My metabolism apparently changed at about 22 yrs and a desk job out of college. I was 135 when I got pregnant with my first. Each baby has added about 10 lbs. I find I am lacking energy greatly. I have a full time job and 2 hr a day commute. The kids tend to de-rail my exercise plans in the evenings and I'm usually to tired to drag my butt out of bed in the morning. I am completely addicted to sugar and chocolate. I can eat an entire large bag of M&M's or Kit Kats without blinking.
A recent health screening had my chlolestrol slightly high and I've begun having problems with my left knee. I'm hopeful that if I can get back down to a more comfortable weight these things might go away.
So, I really just need to keep plugging away at trying to get more exercise in and killing my candy beast.
I want to be to 130 by my birthday in April.
