I do calorie counting, its the only thing that seems to work for me.
I joined Weight Watchers a few months ago and gained 8 lbs.
My recent gain is 100% my own fault, but I am now recommitted
to losing!
Yesterday was Day 1 back on my plan and I am down 3 lbs. And
yes I know thats nuts and it will only happen this one day - but its
a good bit of positive reinforcement to keep going. I try to come in
around 1,500 - 1,700 calories a day. I get one cheat meal a week,
its generally Friday night pizza.
So anyway - I'm happy to meet you all and I hope we can all share in
successes!!
