Monday

  • Good morning all
    I did a good job yesterday.
    I cleaned my table off, i did my dishes, i cleaned the bathroom, i cleaned the living room, i vacuumed, folded clothes.
    today while at work i'm working on a menu plan,
    and a lunch plan. Dinner will be between 6-7, as a trail run. except on MOndays when i have tops. I threw away old magazines almost a year old. i have organized my tops stuff, work out stuff. Our bedroom is next. I feel good about all this. I'm ready to make some more changes. Keeping busy. HOpe everyone does well this week.

    I had a great day today. I went and had a massage. I also bought me a bible today one that I can understand. I am going to start reading the bible cards that I bought for my daughter to her every night. We will read one a night and answer the questions and start learning this new path together. She is excited and so am I.

    Hope everyone had a good weekend. Ours was ok. Hubby had PT today. They said he seems to be getting a little stronger. But there is still room for improvement. But said they are not sure if they will be able to do much more. Said they would like to work with him another month. So we will see what happens. Tried to have him walk on a treadmill today. But that didnt go very well. So said they would try again sometime.

    WENDY Good job on getting your house cleaning done. I would like to wash down some walls. Thought I might start on that the first of Nov. Get ready for the holidays.

    SHERRI Drinking does help. Seems that if I drink hot cocoa or some sugar free fat free french vanilla coffee that that works better. Did you get your flu shot. Hubby got his Fri. Made his arm sore.

  • I'm a looser. I lost 2.25 pounds this week. That puts me to almost even, I have a .25 pound to lose by Monday, so I can finally get back into new weight. I'm trying something new with Brandon for the whinning thing going on, and for listen, and for taking his medicine. He can earn 3 pennies a day. If he earns all 3 every day for a week, i will give him 3 quarters. All of this money will be going into his bank. Just wondering how long this will last with him. he played hookey with grandma, and aunt cassie today, and they went out to eat, and shopping. He didn't have a nap, and it's about bed time. Got my lunch and dinner menu start, going to work on it some more.

  • This week, I'm very pleased to say that I lost 3 and 3/4 pounds and was The Weight Loss Winner. I now weigh 214.50, a half a pound more than my doctor's scales said. Anyway, I have now set a new small goal for myself to achieve by January 28th, 2003. My new small goal is get my weight at or below 210. January 28th is when I see my medical doctor.
