I started P90X yesterday. I have previously done P90 Masters and passed the fit test (all but the chin ups! Can't even do ONE!!) I am, by no means, a fitness animal or anything. Just a 30-Something Momma of 4 looking for a challenge.
I have been running (about 15mi/wk) for several months, but want to cut this last 30lbs or so in order to train for a marathon next spring. Gee, that sounds absolutely NUTS when I say it "out loud."
Anybody else thinking about doing it, or already doing P90X?




.. hot foot? jump squats.. i ended up doing just squats lol... but other moves were goody.. though i kept taking 30 sec brks Regularly! to catch my breath and get a sip of water.!
