Back from vacation and dropped back into crazy month. For two more weeks I will be working both jobs. That just got crazier because my boss from the "old" job gave notice last week. That staff meeting is Tuesday and should be very interesting. I need to resist efforts to draw me in to help the agency transition. Meanwhile "new" job is in high gear craziness from now until the election. I just need to focus on getting through because I know life will be a lot more manageable the day after the voting is done. In the meantime I need to focus on staying on plan when life is insane. Things I know work - plan, plan, plan. Tonight is my one night off (and my one merely 9 or 10 hour day) so I'm pulling out the crockpot recipes and planning some healthy and easy meals for the week. Next I will figure out where I can squeeze in some exercise, even 15 minute walks. Anyone have tips or tricks to share?
