Yes, I am under the impression it is compliant. My coach had me spreading my veggies out during the day to prevent the gaps that might create hunger and cravings. I was having veggies with my omelette and losing 4 pounds a week during the first 10 weeks.

Yes you can!!

I use to be part of another forum years ago. It was a lower carb/low calorie program but not ketogenic. ANYWAY, they had people who would encourage each other to "be POP", have a "POP" day, and other cute phrases. POP = perfectly on plan.
We actually did little contests where participants got fun little icons to add to there signature. There were different competing teams and the end goal was to have earned the most individual icons and for a team to have achieve the most. In the end, recognition was given to the person and teams who lost the most body fat, most inches, most weight, most sizes dropped, gained the most icons, had the most regular participation. It was a lot of tracking but SOOOO much fun! The best parts were the visual/virtual pillow fights and water balloon wars.
If people think things like that could be fun, or worth doing. I would be willing to help coordinate something. Explain the ins and outs and create a fun "playground" where we can also challenge ourselves to have perfect days.
Just a thought.
WELL, Have a great day everyone. I am off to tackle my day and see some doctors. Grandma has another appointment with her doctor. We had a small procedure last friday and he seemed encouraged that we might be able to get this donor tissue to work. I really hope so. People who donate tissue and organs are so precious in both their giving and that there are, it seems, so few I truly hope we are able to keep the gift that we have. After that, it is off to other doctors, lab work and then my day of work and errands will get a late start! I have the gym late this afternoon and a short yoga session. THANK YOU! I am sure I will both need and be ready for it by then.
So, until later today, I wish everyone a very wonderful Tuesday!
