Fall is almost upon us, and with that only comes Halloween and the holiday season!
I'm pledging to do 25/30 days of work outs in September.
Sept 1: Running - 20 minutes, Elliptical - 15 minutes, ball crunches & Stretching
Sept 2: Rest
Sept 3: Running with some walking - 56 minutes. Weighted crunches/ 3 sets of 10 assisted dips
Sept 4: Stairmaster 60 minutes, ball crunches, push ups, lunges & side lunges
Sept 5: Spinning, 1 hour
Sept 6: Stair master - 30 minutes, Elliptical - 30 minutes, ball crunches
Sept 7: Running - 30 minutes, Bike - 10 minutes, Stair master 15 minutes, push ups, ball crunches
Sept 8: Stairmaster - 30 minutes, Arm pedal - 20 minutes, lunges, side lunges, ball crunches
Sept 9: Rest
Sept 10: 30 minutes running, 25 minutes stairmaster
Sept 11: Kayaking - 3 hours
Sept 12: Spinning - 45 minutes
Sept 13: Rest (TOM is a b*tch)
Sept 14: Running - 45 minutes, Stairmaster - 15 minutes, ball crunches
Sept 15: Stairmaster - 30 minutes, Arm Pedal - 15 minutes, ball crunches, push ups
Sept 16: Rest
Sept 17: Running 65 minutes (4.8 miles), ball crunches, push ups
Sept 18: Spinning 45 minutes, weighted crunches
Sept 19: Hiking - 13.5 miles
Sept 20: Rest
Sept 21: Stair master - 40 minutes, Arm Pedal - 20 minutes
Sept 22: Running - 30 minutes, Stairmaster - 30 minutes, push ups, crunches
Sept 23: Stairmaster - 45 minutes
Sept 24: Rest
Sept 25: Concert dancing
Sept 26: Running - 60 minutes (4.25 miles), walking 25 minutes (1.75 miles), push ups, crunches
Sept 27: Stairmaster - 25 minutes, Elliptical - 25 minutes, dips and weighted crunches
Sept 28: Running - 25 minutes, Stairmaster - 20 minutes, Arm Pedal - 20 minutes, crunches, lunges
Sept 29: Got my butt kicked by a cold virus
Sept 30: Spinning - 45 minutes
So I did 24 out of 30, thanks to an unexpected cold. But still!!!
