I always heard how good peanutbutter is for getting your "good fat". I never ate it becuase I thought I could get better use out of the calories and fat. Well I broke down one day and tried it and now I LOVE IT! Problem is, now I want to binge on it all the time. So how much is too much? I have been trying to control myself by having 2 tbsp at breakfast and 2 tbsp at dinner. lol thats hard to control. But 4 tbsp of peanutbutter is 300 calories and 24g of fat!!!
So how much is too much?



And it really is a really nice alternative to putting sugar or milk in the oatmeal. My kids LOVE it too
