What did you eat today? 10/15

  • I love these posts on other sites I visit. Anyone want to join in? I'll list myself so far:

    Breakfast
    2 pcs. low sodium turkey, 2 pcs. lacey swiss, 2 tbs. cream cheese rolled up in 2 lettuce leaves

    Snack
    1 oz. string cheese

    Lunch
    large salad with chicken, sprouts, lettuce and avocado with ranch dressing

    Snack (planned)
    1 oz. string cheese

    Dinner (planned)
    4 oz. hamburger

    So far:

    5 peices pepperoni and chream cheese
    Diet Code Red Mt. Dew

    Carbolite Choc Crisp Bar

    3 Hamburger Patties with onions, nustard and a small amont of ketchup.

    Another chocolate bar - 0 carb Ross Choc pillow

    I think I should call this my chocolate diet. LOL

    I'll edit when I figure out what else I'm having. I'm under deadlines at work so my eating has not been planned as wel as usual.

    25 g protein shake

    jumbo deviled egg with chili paste

    1 oz soynuts

    2 oz tuna with 1 tsp mayo and 1 tbs pickle relish
    1/4 c mixed bean salad with 1 tbs feta
    1 tbs pickled mushrooms

    [some of this didn't stay down]

    2 pieces dried apricot.

    and i have no idea what else is happening..

    oh. and 24 oz decaf, 12 oz v8, 12 oz SF diet lemonade
  • My food Plan today so far...
    Okay, for breakfast I had:

    1 fried egg
    2 pieces of 0 carb bacon

    Lunch I was rushed so I only had a Blueberry Cheesecake (yeah I wish it tasted like that) Atkins meal replacement bar and one ounce of cheese.

    Dinner I am planning to have chicken with green salsa, sour cream, a few little olives, little bit of shredded cheese and some broccoli. That is my plan anyway.

    You all sound like you are doing great too!
  • My day is over (almost), here is what I had to eat-
    Breakfast- Atkins shake
    Lunch- 2 deviled egg 1/2's, about 1 cup of cauliflower salad
    Snack-2 deviled egg 1/2's (I have to eat them up before they go bad)
    Supper-chili with shredded cheddar cheese (no beans in the chili but there is mushrooms and green beans to substitute)
    Snack after supper-1/3 cup cream, I admit it, I'm a creamaholic
    around 100 oz of water, but the night isn't over yet and I'll drink another bottle or two before tomorrow
  • Hey Nikkic do you have that chili recipe? That sounds so good. I have just been craving chili.

    I did not have my southwestern chicken salsa stuff but made some canned salmon with mayo and a little relish and put it on a Wasa Cracker. I didn't have any veggies which I really should have had. Tomorrow I will have a nice big salad for lunch.

    Look under the Low Carb Recipes and then Entrees. I posted it there-Nikki's Chili. I first made this in August when we were camping. I must admit, it's better in the fall than when it's 90 degrees. It makes a lot, but I freeze 1/2 of it for another time and it tastes better the second time around.
