Boot Slipper Sock Camp Oct. 15th

  • I had a better day yesterday but I still have a long way to go. I basically finished off turkey leftovers and now I am eating low carb again. Had a turkey omelet this morning and I'm about to have a cup of coffee. Going to be a little rough going for me today and tommorrow. Have blood work and ultrasound tomorrow morning so I get to find out the damage I've inflicted on my little carb binge. Greeeeeaaaaaaaat.....
  • Well I had a pretty good day yesterday. I struggled with hunger pains for some reason. I just kept eating LC, but I ate more than I usually do or wanted to eat.

    Also, I did not exercise this morning because I had to be to work early. But, I did exercise one hour yesterday morning and I did 2 hours of volleyball last night. I guess that makes up for my missed morning. Except, I really feel out of sorts with out my wonderful morning routine.

    Looking forward to a better eating day today.

  • Hi everybody! I know I have been gone, but should be back on track now. My schedule is so messed up and I just have a lot going on. I am completely stressed out about my job and spend a lot of time in the evenings on Monster.com, etc., looking for another job. Anyway, that is daily thread talk I guess!

    I FINALLY did good yesterday. I was on plan 100 percent, except for water. I need to drink more today for sure. We had a cold front move in and yesterday was in the low 60's. I want 80's again! Anyway, I drank decaf all day because it was warm.
    I read my mail from QVC, like I should have last week, and my Leslie Sansone tapes are due to arrive today. Yay!

    Today should be another perfect day, including water, but I doubt with exercise...I won't get home until about 8:30!

    Yesterday was pretty good: No structured exercise for me but I did 1 hour of lawn mowing (no rider mower) so that must count for something. My food was OP but still need to increase the water intake. Now that the weather is cooling off it will be a challenge to do this. Last night I had some hot cranberry tea while I soaked in the tub

    I also took a look at my past entries at Fitday. I wanted to see how my weight had changed over the past year. It appears that I was losing weight and at my lowest in July when I cut out the pastas, bread, etc and started the Fat Flush plan. I'll have to take a closer look at what I was eating then and make some current changes. I also noticed that I started gaining the weight back when I wasn't entering things at Fitday. So, now that is a MUST.
