Hi Guys: I have had a very unsuccessful summer losing weight. I had enough time to sensibly lose 20 lbs., and I'm right where I started. So I started again today. This time I am not drinking at all until I'm in the right territory again. And I just called the trainer who got 20 pounds off me in a month a few years back. Besides her nutritional program, the fact that I checked in with her daily really helped keep me accountable. Ugh, I couldn't even weigh in this morning.
First trainer appointment today (with my former trainer -- she is competing in the Muscle Beach competition soon!) Whoa, I'm not in the shape I was. I also really kicked it up -- ran 20, elliptical 10, walked fast 1.5 hours with a friend. I am BEAT! But really optimistic.
