I decided I needed to make some lifestyle changes. I exercise pretty regularly, but have poor eating habits that has attributed to my continual weight gain, in addition to years of yo-yo dieting. I am very excited about the program and hope it works for me!I had the omelet and green tea for breakfast!
I would appreciate any insight on which foods are tasty!

I got very sick on my first day. I was a huge carboholic! I was so bad my son asked if he should take me to the hospital! Hang in there it gets better and this one really works. DO NOT CHEAT! It only slows things down!trust me I am into week 4 and I learned the hard way! Stay strong.
