I've seen a few peoples like this, and it confuses me?

Normal human beings just have the 3 numbers, Start, Current, Goal.
Mine is Original Start 242, Got to 136, Rolled back to 225, Got down to 177, Started again at 215.6, Currently 194, Goal 135.
Kind of long-winded, huh? but I don't want to forget what I got to (16lbs from goal), a kind of daily reminder not to be so stupid as to lose all the success again.
