Hello Everyone! Sorry I have been MIA, I have been having a pity party because I fell off my plan ,I have come to my senses

I took a long walk tonight and thought about why I wanted/needed to do this....
My goal for starting this whole thing was not for the number on the scale, it was to think more about my health... My family has a history of heart disease......Mom,Dad and brother have all had heart attacks.(my brother was at age 39) My Mom,Dad and sister have diabetes and are on insulin... My mom is now in congestive heart failure... On a happy note my dad and brother are doing super now, they are in great shape. My mom is not a big person ( short & stout) but seems to eat OK

for the most part. My sister... Not really sure what she's doing
So my story is I want to be somewhat

healthy! I'm dusting myself off and trying again to keep on track


....
Anywho I have not hit up over the 160's again so that is good.....(Being skinny will be a bonus with being healthy

)
