  • Alright it's that time again.... I pledge 19 work outs over the next 30 days for 45 minutes each.

    And CONGRATS to everyone who met their goals for the last challenge!

    For those of you that are new to this challenge:

    Post what the number (or hours/minutes) of exercises you pledge for the upcoming month. You are more than welcome to jump in at any time of the month - it doesn't matter.

    Post in the thread when you work out.

    Usually I will put something like
    1/19 - 20 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights

    then make another post when I work out again.

    Some people prefer to keep a rolling count in their post:

  • I'm in! Lets also be a little crazy, but not that much. Let's do 25 workouts, at least an hour each.

    I'm new to this so if that's wrong, someone give me the heads up!

  • I'm with Haley - 27 work outs. I need to get out of this mofo depression.
  • I'll hop aboard! I am going to aim for 1000 minutes of exercise this month. Thats an average of a little more than 30 minutes of exercise a day.

    7/1: 90 minute walk (90/1000)
    7/3: 60 minute walk (150/1000)
    7/6: 30 minutes eliptical, 30 minute walk (210/1000)

    My goal is to workout 20 days out of the month!!
  • I got kind of backed up last month with my trip....so I'm excited to get back into the exercise accountability I am going to say 21 workouts for this time around.

    1/21 ~ 50 minutes elliptical and weights
  • 20 hrs of cardio = 1200m
    4 hrs of weight = 240m *EDIT<-- At the end of the first quarter of the month, I realized that 8 hours is a wee bit too ambitious for me at the moment haha, so I've lowered it to 4 hours, that should be doable!

  • 20 workouts for me this month. I am going to try and beat my goal but we will see how it goes!
  • I'm in again! I didn't meet my goal for June but I definitely will for July. I pledge 20 workouts.

  • This is my first challenge I'm so excited. I'll start off slow.

    Complete the whole 60 minutes of the Triple Fat Burner class at my gym by the end of this month.
    Try a new form of exercise.
    Average 3 days at the gym a week for this month.
    Incorporate DVDs into my schedule.

  • I'm going to go for 22 workouts this month, at least an hour each. Plus at least 15 minutes of walking everyday, even if it is just walking around my living room/kitchen!
  • Oh I'm in! I'm in! My goal is to exercise 25 days this month of at least 30 minutes cardio. My goal is to be down to 132 by the end of the month and to FEEL my clothes fitting looser.
