    I was totally op yesterday! No scale for me today as Tom is going full force, curse him!

    Just a quick check-in today, I am on vacation and playing domestic goddess!

    Time for all campers to report in!

  • I ate OP yesterday. I even had some LC pasta, a first for me. Exercise was skimpy, but I did clean the house, so I'm counting that as "activity". Water was good, and according to the scal I lost 1 LB. Now if I can just re-create what I did yesterday for today.
  • Definitely OP yesterday but skipped walking because of rain. I still need to drink more water, of course. Now that I'm through with the post-op drugs, that should be easier as they both caused tummy problems even with water only!
  • My accountability for yesterday (Oct.2):

    Food: 100 % OP

    Exercise: 100 % I did weight lifting (WL) on legs, shoulders and 20 cardio.

    Water: 80% Will do better today.

    Yesterday I set a major goal and reward for my 50th B-day which will be in 1 1/2 yrs. So I am focused and motivated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • for me totally op except for the drink i think if i drink it now i wil be up all night!! but exercise and eat Op so far but the night is still young!
  • Yesterday, totally OP. Lots of water. No exercise due to tummy troubles.
    Today, OP until this afternoon when something drove me to the freezer for the final 1/2 cup of old ice cream in the bucket. The devil made me do it.
  • linda half cup is only 18 carbs!! that if counted right will still be OP!!!!
