180 Today... Im so happy is 20 pounds in one month!.. amazing right? I've been walking everyday and eating 1200 calories per day... I also quit fast food, soda, sugar... and eating more vegetables... This is working... Im so happy, motivated and proud of myself....
179, up a pound, and higher weight during the week, uggh. I'm going back on South Beach, and did three runs this week, I would like to get my workouts to at least 4, and I need to drink a lot of water everyday.
