Me: 186.5, same as last week. Which is actually a good thing, given that I ended the weekend at 189. And lately when I do have a big drop one week, I've noticed that I tend to gain a bit the next. I've started lifting weights again. I had the incredibly obvious brainstorm of mixing up my reps with my time on the elliptical. Do a rep, do 15 minutes on the machine, do another rep, end my time of cardio, then the final rep. It doesn't seem to be a chore breaking it up this way, and I don't have time to get bored. I think I can keep this up!
I'm still the same as last week (189). At least I didn't gain any. I'm off plan a bit today for my birthday. I've been doing a lot of walking the last few weeks, so I'm hoping this will help me to get off my long plateau.
i am down 2 pounds this week. THANK YOU EXERCISE...otherwise i am SURE it would have been a gain week. I had a BAD last weekend but worked my butt off, literally, with exercise this week and it paid off. Now if i could just have a good weekend AND get all my exercise in, i will be in very good shape.
You guys that are holding steady...just keep your chin up. That is probably how my week will end up next week. Next week is TOM...bummer. But that usually means a BIG loss after TOM week. So maybe you will be in for a good suprise in a week.
Well im stuck 185.0 i swear i go down half a pound last week just too get it back
i need to change something it's been a MONTH and nothing lost.........HELP
well im down this week from 180 to 178, a loss of 2lbs. I am still trying to absorb the fact that i have droped below 180. i havent been below 200lbs almost 2 years and i was 176 for my weding in may of 04. so im getting there. i only have 28lbs to go then ill re evaluate what i wanna do. so far im happy with the results. i think id like to be about 135 instead of 150 but im aiming for 150 first then decide. one goal at a time. wish me luck andgood going to the rest of you.

Busting myself to get back on track: 196.4 Up 3 lbs since I last logged in here regularly back at the end of July So much for doing better by staying away from the scale....
Still at 161 but I climbed yesterday to 162 and then this morning to 163. Didn't eat anything bad, just overdid the fruits but I love me some honeydew so oh well. I think I'm bloated too.
