Weekly Weigh-in Thread 6/4 - 6/10

  • Post your progress here! Today was my official weigh-in day, and I lost 0.8. Thought I would lose more, because I worked really hard at it this week, but I lost 3.8 last week so I guess my body was just evening things out.

    How did everyone else do?

  • WTG, Lisa! Now go to the cupboard and grab out a bag of sugar...that's about how much you shed in only 2 short weeks. Good job!
  • This week saw movement 1.4 pounds. Thought it would be 2 maybe even 3. I'll take that 1.4 and run with it though. I'm sick and on antibiotics. So any loss is a good thing
  • I'm down 1.2 for the week. I thought it would be more as I am feeling better and things are fitting nicer! Oh well, silly old ToM was around for the week, so I'll take the 1.2!!
  • I am up by .2 lbs... Frustrating!! But I know the slower you loose it the better chance you have of keeping it off, so I won't SCREAM!!!
  • Down 2.5 pounds to 193.5
  • Down to 199.0.

    Feels AWESOME!
  • I had a big whoosh! Went from 205.2 to 201.0. Of course, that means I'll probably see a couple of slow weeks, but I can't complain. I can't wait to be in Onederland (like you, parkedout!)...
