Post your progress here! Today was my official weigh-in day, and I lost 0.8. Thought I would lose more, because I worked really hard at it this week, but I lost 3.8 last week so I guess my body was just evening things out.
How did everyone else do?

1.4 pounds. Thought it would be 2 maybe even 3. I'll take that 1.4 and run with it though. I'm sick and on antibiotics. So any loss is a good thing
