    I think I shall do something organised: cereal and juice; cupasoup and salad; GL 600kcal plus whatever exercise I can persuade my body to do!

    Doesn't help I've just come down with something hideously sinus-y!

    Apparently at 2lbs per week I could be 13st 10lb when school goes back in September! That's 2 stone down - so I am VERY determined!

    Was really planning to be extra good today as I had quite a few snacks Saturday night over Eurovision (hey I love Eurovision so sue me!) However my son begged me to make cupcakes with him this afternoon, so now i've got those as an extra temptation.

  • wicked i weighed myself this morning and im 180 and i want to try and lose around 8/10 pounds in a month soo mine would be 180/180/172

  • Well I've entered June 1lb up on what I started.......................although that was down to a bad weekend I had.

    Guess my only worry is the world cup coming up, will need to try and get a grip and not go daft with all the footy on the box, that's when I turn into a devil.

    I really stepped it up this week exercise wise but I am static! I had a mental image of myself going on holiday in June in the 130's (would be very happy with 139.9!)
    What is happening?
    Yes I know I need to be patient but it just isn't fair!
    Rant over hope you're all doing better than I am this week! I can feel a fall off the wagon coming if I don't shift this mental attitude! x
