I've gotten off track over the past couple of months due to some family issues I've been dealing with. My stress-eating hasn't helped me maintain my (4 pounds from goal weight) weight and now I'm up about 15 lbs. I know that several of those lbs are water weight and I'm anxious to make it through this first week totally back on plan so I can then survey the true damage I've done. Making my declaration to everyone on the MRC board that I'm recommitting myself to the diet and to my health will hopefully help keep me accountable! Glad to hear you are back on track, too! Your commitment to running is fantastic. Have you always been an athlete or did you start running when you began MRC? Exercise is definitely something I struggle with.
