  • I'd like to jump on this bandwagon too!!! I have been struggling for so long and I am so tired of just treading water. I loose until I am 150 then I always go back up. I will hit 1 year being at MRC in June and I am so disgusted that I have lost 24 lbs but gained back 14. almost a year and only lost 10 lbs!!! I know this program works so I just need to work it.

    Yesterday I had a cup of coffee in the a.m. and some soy crisps before bed but other than that I was on plan. Feels good.

    We can do this!!!

    Hang in there, Daizy! Sometimes I'll skip a day or so with the weigh-ins since weight tends to fluctuate depending on so many factors. Don't let that discourage you; keep on going!

    Today is day 3 of being completely on plan and I'm down 7 lbs. Woohoo!
