Hang in there, Daizy! Sometimes I'll skip a day or so with the weigh-ins since weight tends to fluctuate depending on so many factors. Don't let that discourage you; keep on going!
Today is day 3 of being completely on plan and I'm down 7 lbs. Woohoo!
