My mom told me today that she thinks I'm starving myself. I'm really not, though. I usually eat about 800 calories a day. I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'2.5", and want to be down about 20 pounds from where I'm currently at (143, at last weigh in) by the end of June, beginning of July. Help?
I run 6-7 days a week, at least a mile a day, if that helps.
