  • One full Denise Austin Workout, plus upper body segment from a second...ow, my arrrrms!
  • Had a good exercise week just past. Two water workouts and a good walk every day, lengthening walks nicely. Hope for a repeat this week.
  • Love those 8-minute workouts, even though I actually do 5 of them at a time! Feeling good, working out regularly, can't get much easier than this!
