I am new to this forum and woul like to say a hello to everyone.
I am 48 nearly 49 and at 5feet 2inches a heafty 12 stone, but that is going to change.
I love cooking and experimenting with recipes and trying out new ideas.
I have a pocket handerchief garden and want to grow herbs to add to my recipes.
I read a lot and love surfing the net for new ideas.
My cholesterol is high and I am waiting for an appointment with the Dietician at my Medical Centre.
I am following a low fat diet that has to be low calorie as well. Desserts are a problem as my husband loves to have a dessert after dinner, by the way he too has a weight problem that he is determined to attack.
Any ideas as to what I can do boost our drive and keep us both on ttrack? I really want to succeed this time as I have tried to lose weight in the past only to put it all back on plus more besides. We both want this to work.
