  • It happened yesterday morning, but I wasn't able to post about it till today and there was even a lower weight this morning .

As of yesterday, I am half the man I used to be! I started this thing in the fall of 2007 and with many ups and downs I have lost more weight than I currently weigh. I went from 446.8 pounds to 222.2 pounds. My total loss is 224.6 pounds and I have a bit more than 20 pounds till I hit my goal weight.

Thank you 3FCs and this wonderful community for accepting this random rooster into your life.
