About every third or fourth day I try to do a workout that is energetic but outside my usual routine, which is some combination of weights, abs, and stationary bike or exercise video. It's been snowing, and my dogs (Great Pyrenees) love the snow, so I thought I'd take them for a good long walk.

I was able to put on my UnderArmor tops and bottoms (it fits!), a pair of size 18 jeans (they fit?! ) and snow pants (oh, look, I have to pull in the belt...5" from the last time I wore them). And then I bent over to tie my boots ...

How much fun was that?

And we did indeed walk for about an hour and a half. Even the puppy was tired by the time we got home. Glad we went last night - it's -14 this morning. Brr....

Pulling in your snowpants 5"?? Wowza! Keep it up!
And I'm sure your dogs loved the extra long walk!
