Hey Ladies!
I know we have a few other short term goal challenges running right now, but i wanted to start a longer term challenge. My goal is to meet my final goal by July 4th this year. I have been toying a bit with my goal and i think 112 will do. To meet this goal i need to lose 10 pounds in about 4 months. that's about 2.5 pounds a month. DOABLE!
Personal goals:
work out 4-5x a week
between 1100-1500 calories a day
keep up the very low alcohol intake
SW:122

I have my shorter term goal to try and get to 115 lbs by the 4th of April but I'd like to join this long term one as well so that I keep motivated even when it's over. My goal is to maintain 115 lbs and maybe lose a couple more by the 4th July! This is because once I reach my goal I tend to lose sight of what I've done and go back to my old bad habits.
A lot less than I was having though!
Doesn't sound like it's worth it!
