I am still hungry a lot! Anyone have any suggestions to just stave off hunger? Let me give you a typical day...
B Egg whites, fiber one skim milk
S grapes
almonds
banana
fiber one bar
(at school from 9-5)
L High fiber roll up with turkey and lettuce
apple
D Fish, potato veggies
S 100 cal. pack/peanut butter
Yogurt/fiber one
That was yesterday...And I was hungry and had a huge headache (not sure if it was from food or from fluorecent lights). If I could just not be hungry....
