Mostly in my thighs, but also my calves and less so belly (a lot more so when I'm not eating well or exercising!). I have wide hips but a flat butt - so I guess I carry weight there, but it doesn't give me a nice booty just a wide load
My arms are largish, but that's more because they're more naturally muscular than because of fat.
It took getting to my higher weights to lose my waist - but it happened eventually.
