I am a full time student, im 24 yrs. old and aiming for my PTA degree. I am in school around the clock which is what i blame for my weight gain. In high school i was never over 120 lbs now im almost 150. It can also be the fact that after high school i stopped dancing and did no exercise at all. But here i am with my mind set. TODAY IS THE DAY! I will reach my goal of being again 120-115 lbs im not very tall at all. and will start an exercise i learned from womens health magazine which constist of 30 mins 3 run 3 walk. Im excited i hope i get a lot of support and accountability i will try to keep everyone informed. Have your fingers crossed!
