Ok ladies, here we go, Thanksgiving has arrived!
What are your plans for the week? What sort of preparation do you have?
Today I'm going food shopping for ingredients, and other food. My plan for this week is to remain in the lower range of my calorie allowance so that I can enjoy Thanksgiving. I've also been tracking what the calories will be for dinner already so I can see how many I'll have for breakfast and lunch - which I might skip because usually around lunch time we put out snacks like shrimp and crackers. I just need to keep reminding myself - tiny portions, Mary. TINY portions lol.

Okay, I'm not that choked up about it ... they invited me to go with, but final papers & exams are next week! 
. (The cinnamon apples are going to be a pain in the rear because I have to peel, core, and dice 20 apples!! Lucky me I bought one of those nifty apple slicer/corer things ...)

... I have finally made it into the 170's & never, ever want to see the 180's again!
We string popcorn and I'm starting to realize what a pain it will be to do a full size tree next year. But, totally worth it!
